While other companies come and go, Kenlow has been in the shade business since 1969 and many of our skilled staff have been with us for nearly as long.

That – along with the fact that over 50% of our business comes from repeat or referred customers – speaks volumes about the quality of our products and our commitment to be the best in the business.

Sure, we could cut corners to match some of our competitors’ lower prices by using inferior fabrics, cheaper hardware and fittings, and second-rate fabrication methods in our factory – but we don’t.

Moreover, we will still be around to fix it in the unlikely event that something goes wrong.

Our attention to detail is without peer and every Kenlow installation comes with a written guarantee covering all materials, fittings and workmanship.

This is not a guarantee we take lightly. Before a product leaves our factory, we check every join and seam. We test every fitting. Then, for good measure, we check everything again. It may seem a bit over the top, but consider this: most of the shade products we installed 10 or 15 years ago are still in use today. That’s something everyone at Kenlow is proud of.
