1. Why are on-site visits important?

There are 2 main benefits of on-site quoting:

  1. Each installment site is different – There’s no one-size-fits-all shading solution. By coming out, we can review the location and recommend the right product for you.
  2. We can get your installation right the first time – There are plenty of factors to take into consideration when choosing the right shading solution. By coming to visit we can make sure we get it right the first time, which will ultimately save you costs in the long run.

2. What will you cover?

When we come out to visit you, we’ll have a better idea of your specific site and can discuss the different types of solutions available that we might not have been able to suggest without getting a feel for the space first.

While we can talk over the phone for ages, we won’t truly know your site until we take the time to come and see for ourselves. Then based on our discussion, we can then provide extra information on product options such as fabric style, colour, etc.

3. How long will it take?

When people think of on-site quoting vs. online quoting, they think on-site will take longer, when in fact it’s actually a super simple process. At Kenlow, our decades-long experience has helped us perfect the art of on-site quoting. Our on-site visits only take 30 minutes, so you don’t have to sacrifice your entire day.

4. How much does it cost?

5. When can you come?

We understand you’re super busy, which is why we work around you. At Kenlow, we make an effort to fit into your schedule, so we can attend your premises from Monday – Friday.  All you need to do is book your preferred time!
